Should I Hire a Lawyer From Another City to File My Case?

It can sometimes be difficult to find a lawyer to handle a legal malpractice case simply because there are few lawyers who do legal malpractice work at all.   The smaller the city you are in the harder it will be to find someone locally who does this type of work.  Of course another problem that may arise is that the smaller the community the harder it will be to find a lawyer willing to sue another lawyer in town, because they know each other and occasionally have to socialize or engage in repeated professional interaction.  Under those circumstances it may be necessary to search for your legal malpractice lawyer in a larger city.

Our firm is often able to handle legal malpractice cases here in Orlando where we are located because the community is large enough that there are many lawyers here we have never met or likely would have any future professional interaction with.  Of course we also will handle legal malpractice cases in other locations around the state.
