If You Think You May Have a Legal Malpractice Case:

If you want to talk to us about the possibility of handling your case, we will consult with you free of charge. We accept legal malpractice cases anywhere in Florida.  Please feel free to call us to speak directly to an attorney free of charge.   Phone: 1-800-974-4929.

If You Are an Attorney Considering Retaining Co-Counsel on a Legal Malpractice Case:

The Rules of Professional Conduct of the Florida Bar allow us to pay a referral fee to other lawyers. The client must consent, and the referring attorney must sign the fee contract and agree to be legally responsible to the client for the case just as if he were the primary attorney. The referring attorney must also be available to consult with the client should the client wish. We advance all expenses of the case. Call Scott McMillen at (407) 843-0126.

Florida has a special law stating judges may speed up the case of a party who is over the age of sixty-five, taking into consideration the party’s age and specific medical condition.
